BSH is pleased to release its *True Seal* intake system with proprietary BSH air filter for the new TSI Engine! This kit comes complete with everything needed to get rid of the extremely restrictive factory airbox and open the incoming air flow to the engine!
Major design features include a proprietary airbox that integrates into the fresh air ducting on the grill of the car. This design ensures that only cool air enters the engine providing you with the most dense oxygen rich air possible. This setup provides highly improved throttle response, a nice growl from the engine, and more power throughout the rev range.

Would you ever run a marathon breathing out of a small paper bag? So why ask your engine to rev all the way to redline breathing through the restrictive factory airbox? The plastic factory airbox is good at muffling intake noise and enhancing low rpm/low speed engine performance, but becomes very restrictive when the engine is operating in the higher rpm range – where most performance drivers need it.
The NEUSPEED P-Flo allows you to uncork the intake side of your engine, drawing in a nearly unlimited supply of fresh air. Plus every P-Flo kit includes a high-performance, multi-layer cotton gauze air filter that is washable and reusable, and traps dirt better than your original paper filter. You also get a more aggressive, deep throaty engine roar when you step on the gas pedal.
After months of development, NEUSPEED has determined that the only significant restriction in the OE intake is the airbox. As a result, MAF location and original intake tract remain the same.

BSH has packaged our Stage 1 and Stage 2 intake systems to
provide you with a complete intake solution for your TSi equipped VW!
This is the best value to get the only intake that will carry you
throughout your modification path!
Dyno Gains:
Gains are made and felt throughout the entire rpm band. The full BSH intake makes a peak gain of 17whp and maintains 10-15 through the majority of the high end!

The Twintake induction kit ( Golf 5 FSiT version shown) has shown improvements of up to 17hp in our tests, when compared to the original air box/ filter system. All the parts required are included in the Kit. This kit is available in Black only with Black hoses.
The Twintake system is currently available for the 2.0 litre only versions of the VW MK5 Golf FSiT, TSi and Edition 30, Scirocco TSi, Audi S3 2 litre and Seat Leon Cupra R. In order that we supply the correct version of our Twintake system , please select your vehicle in the options below
For reference, the MK5 Golf :
- FSiT is BPY engines 2005 - 2008,
- TFSI / TSi is CCTA 2008 onwards
- TFSI / TSi CBFA (Requires additional filter for SAI system)
Please note:
If you have the engine code CBFA, which has the SAI system 28mm hose connection to the front of the OEM air box, you will require an additional breather filter. Please see FMFIL28.
