BSH 2.0T FSI / TSI Aluminum Heat Shield BSH 2.0T TSI Torque Arm Insert
Made out of brushed aluminum this simple yet effective heat shield will mount to your vehicle utilizing the rear mounting pegs that the factory engine cover sits on. It's designed to block the heat rising from the exhaust manifold and the turbo. Resulting in lower intake temperatures and more power.

Details:
Under hard acceleration, your entire engine and transmission actually rotate due to compliance in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of dampening engine vibration, they can also create a rubbery, vague response from the vehicle..

The BSH torque arm insert works in concert with the OE rubber bushing. With the insert installed, you car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined as the urethane reinforcement will aid in limiting the amount the engine can rock back under acceleration.

This mount will fit both Manual and DSG equipped cars.

Why have more power if you can't get it to the ground? When your modified engine gets in its stride the soft factory motor mounts allow the engine to rock back hurting the ability for the car to gain traction and limiting the transmission's ability to make smooth shifts during pleasure driving situations. Beyond just soft factory bushings, volume made cast or extruded engine mounts are often prone to snapping on modified vehicles. BSH has explored this issue on the Mini Cooper chassis and is proud to be the first to offer a real solution to this issue with its all new billet lower mount for the R53 and R56 Mini Coopers.

Machined from a solid piece of T-6061 aluminum the new BSH motor mount is both a performance and driveability upgrade to your Mini. Our billet mounts reduce the ability of the engine to flex back by incorporating propriety durometer bushings and the billet bodies to hold them.

After installation you will notice the following:
Reduced engine movement;
Greatly reduced wheel hop;
More defined throttle input.
BSH is pleased to release its billet sway bar end links for all A5 chassis vehicles. This is designed to be a direct replacement for your factory end links and is compatible with either the stock or BSH 27mm swaybar.

The factory end links are very weak and under hard cornering will flex and diminish the handling and response of your tuned suspension. By increasing the strength of the end links your suspension will feel more responsive as you corner .

Equipped with spherical bearings and shortened slightly compared to factory, the BSH end links will allow for proper suspension travel and better fitment of rear swaybars on cars with varying ride heights.

BSH End Link Instructions

You cant always re-invent the wheel, but with the right manufacturing processes, you can make one a little bit more round.

BSH takes their catch cans seriously. Externally all cans are welded together to avoid the all too common leaking issues bolt together setups have. Internally better than the competition by incorporating mesh baffling to slow down oil vapors so they cool and condense inside the can instead of your charge piping/engine. All connections are made with push lock fittings and hose to limit the use of hose clamps that would otherwise clutter up the bay. Integrated drain fittings into the base of the catch can makes maintenance a breeze.

All of the BSH catch can systems are designed to be completely reversible and mate up with all factory pcv connections utilizing vehicle specific billet connectors. The R53 catch can kit ships complete with a laser cut stainless steel bracket that will for direct mounting to an easy to access bolt in the engine compartment.

Introduction:
BSH is pleased to announce the release of the Bulletproof line of Billet Motor Mounts. We have started this line with the most widely used, the dog bone mount, and will continue with the Engine and Transmission mount before the end of quarter one.. The kit is a three piece design, a main body, an intermediate body, and a polyurethane subframe insert. Each component has been designed to accomplish the goals for the Bulletproof product line, rock solid performance, easy to maintain, and aesthetic enhancement of the respective part of the car.

Performance Features:
As I'm sure you’ve noticed the factory motor mounts have a ton of give in them. Torque mount inserts are a good start but there is still another bushing left to give slop to the overall feel of the engine. Our billet mounts reduce the ability of the engine to flex back by incorporating 88a durometer bushings and the billet bodies to hold them. Once installed you will notice significantly less movement from engine under acceleration which will result in a better ability for the power you are making to be transmitted to the road.

After installation you will notice the following:
Significantly reduced engine movement.
More feedback from the engine
Greatly reduced wheel hop
More defined throttle input
Smoother shifts for both DSG and Manual cars

Product Features:
During development we spent considerable time studying the factory part and incorporated many of the features into our performance rendition. These little additions turn the part into more then just a solidified way to connect point A to point B.

On the main body of the factory part there is a visible bit of material coming through the bushing. This material is used first to align the bodies of the mount and also to hold the hardware in a double shear. The point where the mounts bushing will flex puts stress on the solid hardware that holds the mount in place. The double shear allows the machined body to bear much of this burden before transmitting this force onto the hardware. This feature not only makes the part easier to install but also greatly increases the reliability. 

On the tail end of the main body we have matched the OEMs profile to allow for a simple installation. The curves allow the body to lock into place into the factory position.

The hardware used is grade 8 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance. Also included is the one time use factory bolt.

All major components have been hard anodized black to give a classy and stealth appearance to the vehicle.

BSH 1.8T Vent-to-Atmoshere Catch Can Kit

A natural byproduct of the crank case ventilation system is oil vapor making its way back into the intake. These gasses are recirculated back into the intake for emissions compliance. On factory cars where performance is only one piece of the puzzle this no problem. However when the best performance is the goal these vapors have to go! By allowing oil vapors to enter the combustion chamber you increase your chances for detonation significantly. Oil vapors will also gum up the intake valves over time.

Our catch can systems remove these oil vapors from the intake tract and collect them or vent them. All kits are designed to work on applications ranging from bone stock cars all the way to fully built motor big turbo cars.

BSH Vent to Atmoshpere catch cans utilize a large diameter breather filter to ensure all crank case gasses are expelled. Available in two options to meet your desired engine bay look.

Short term, oil vapors being ingested result in a greater chance for pre ignition, over time however this oil will cake the intake valves shortening the life of the engine. Customers in regions of the world that drop well into the freezing temperatures during the winter will need to keep a watchful eye on the volume of water collected in the can. One of the main fluids caught in the can is condensation (water). In the winter months the amount of condensation caught in the can will dramatically increase. If left in the can in freezing temperatures there is a possibility that this water could freeze. If frozen, pcv flow will be inhibited. Make sure to keep an eye on your fluid levels.

New from Bulletproof Speed Hardware is our cold air intake system for the 2009 2.5 liter VW’s.  For the 09 model year vehicles VW has changed the management system to a MAP based system for the 2.5 and has removed the MAF sensor from the equation. This required a design change from our system for the earlier MAF based cars.

Through extensive testing we have ensured that this product does not produce a check engine light once installed. Just like our previous intake For the MAF based 2.5 this intake provides a notable 8- 10 hp in the mid range of the power band and is accompanied by an amazing head turning growl.  The BSH 09+ intake remains the only one piece intake on the market for the 2.5, this design allows for a clean installation with no chance of leaking down the road. This part is a direct replacement for the factory intake system and installs without any modifications.

After months of testing BSH is proud to release its 27mm Solid Rear Swaybar for FWD Audi A3, MKV GTi, GLi, Rabbit, and B6 Passat. This swaybar has been designed to provide a lifetime use and greatly improve the handling of your car while taking out much of the understeer these cars are so prone to from the factory. Solid bar was used to ensure that our swaybar would live up to our bulletproof standards and never snap like has been seen with competing products. We have encorporated Urethane bushings with internal grease traps and external sirc fittings to keep the bar quiet and not require the bar to be removed in order to be serviced.

Performance:
By using a mechanical valve provided by world reknown Forge Motorsport the BSH Bulletproof DV Kit allows you to quit worrying about your prone to failure factory rubber diaphragm valve and sets you up for the performance driver you desire! By relocating the valve to the front of the motor closest to the throttle body, the BSH Bulletproof DV kit is able to get air in and out of the motor as quickly and efficiently as possible. No longer is air forced to stop at the throttle body and turn around only to go all the way back to the turbo before being vented, no more is air forced to travel the entire length of the intercooler plumbing before entering the motor while in vacuum, with the Bulletproof DV kit, you get performance now!

By minimizing the length of vacuum line between the pressure/vacuum source and the DV the Bulletproof DV kit responds faster then any valve on the market. This is great for your turbo's health as the larger volume of air your modified car is flowing can be vented without the chance of stalling your hard working turbocharger.

Bulletproof Speed Hardware is proud to bring you its all new recirculating PCV system for the 09+ TSi Platform. The BSH recirculating catch can system introduces a multiple -10 line system plumbed into the existing PCV system allowing for efficient oil separation before it is rerouted back into the motor. The recirculating PCV system connects together using in house manufactured billet adapters that simply clip into the existing connections found on the 2.0T engine. To ensure proper fit within the factory engine bay, BSH has designed a proprietary laser cut bracket  for mounting and a new three port TSi specific catch can designed to fit perfectly with the stock design and flow. Installation and removal for draining is simplified by utilizing a drain cock system allowing the can to be drained from in the car, and a T-Bolt bracket allowing the can to come off and on by simply loosening one nut. This part is a direct addition to the factory PCV system and installs without any modifications to the vehicle.

BSH 2.5L Mk5 Rabbit Jetta Cold Air Intake BSH PCV Competition Catch Can 2.0T FSI BSH BMW 335i N54 Recirculating Oil Catch Can

BSH is proud to bring you its all new intake system for the 2.5 liter. This new system puts a new twist on an old favorite. The BSH intake separates itself from the pack by being the only one piece on the intake on the market for the 2.5. The one piece design allowed BSH to integrate the MAF housing into the plumbing to no longer require a MAF reducer to avoid a check engine light. This part is a direct replacement for the factory intake system and installs without any modifications to the vehicle.

BSH Speedshop is proud to bring you it's all new recirculating Competition Catch Can system for the BMW N54 twin turbo engine. The BSH Competition Catch Can Kit is a completely bolt on and emissions compliant hardware package.

This performance and longevity enhancing system connects together using in house manufactured billet adapters that simply clip into the existing connections found on the N54 engine. Blow-by gasses pass through these adapters into -10 oil and heat resistant lines and through the N54 specific BSH Competition Catch Can which has an important layer of aluminum mesh baffling to aid in the separation of oil and air.

BSH simplified installation by designing a laser cut bracket and a new N54 specific catch can to fit perfectly giving a stock appearance. Installation and removal for draining is made simple by utilizing a drain plug mounted at the bottom of the can, and 2 easy to remove 4mm allen screws, allowing the can to come off and on in minutes. To check fluid level, BSH has added a billet dip stick for function without taking away from the form of the product by using an unsightly plastic viewing tube.

BSH is pleased to announce the addition of the Vent to Atmosphere Race PCV System to its line up of PCV products for your 2.0T FSI. Manufactured in house at our Arizona based facility, the Race PCV System fixes all the major problems associated with the prone to failure PCV system and adds a true catch can to capture all oil vapors that would otherwise make their way back into the engine.

Designed into the system is an additional source of crank case ventilation to ensure the best possible performance on higher horsepower cars. The adapters in this kit do not exist anywhere else in the world and are exclusive to BSH and its line of performance products. In order to ensure proper fitment in the engine bay BSH designed a custom air filter to allow proper clearance of the hood shock while providing complete ventilation. This package is designed to work for all stock turbo or big turbo 2.0T FSI's.

This kit comes complete with every hose, bracket, nut, and bolt needed to install!

The purpose of a catch can system is to collect/vent the blowby vapors inherent as part of the combustion process. The factory setup sucks these oily vapors directly back into the engine exposing them to everything in their path.

Removal of these vapors is especially important on direct injection engines. Port injection engines have detergent enhanced fuel passing over the intake ports constantly cleaning off the intake valves. Direct Injection does not allow for this as the injectors spray right into the combustion chamber. Over time these oils harden and cake to the intake valves causing drastically reduced head flow, cold start misfires, greatly increased knock retard and of course a nice expensive bill to clean it all out.

In the short term getting these vapors out of the combustion path reduces knock retard by not allowing oil vapor to mix with the air fuel mixture. In addition the more free flowing lines allow the engine to rev easily giving a more responsive feel to the engine as a whole.
