The new RS Line Coilover Kit from B&G is the only type of coilover system of its kind for watercooled Volkswagens! There is not another coilover kit on the market for your Volkswagen that will allow you to lower your vehicle, by as much as 4.5", all without affecting shock travel, bouncing down the street, loosening your dentures, or bending those precious wheels that you're so proud of. This innovative technique of lowering, all while retaining stock-like ride comfort, is achieved by the kit’s unique design to lower the car. Unlike conventional coilovers, which are only adjustable at the top of the shock body, these kits, in addition to having an adjustable spring perch at the top like traditional coilovers, can be modified at the bottom of the shock with a unique threaded collar; not soley at the perch where the shaft travel is being compressed to lower the car, which can often times result in less than desirable ride quality.

Now, as as result of this design, your entire vehicle is lowered without any shaft compression, resulting in a much more comfortable and street-friendly ride in your MK5 chassis car.
