Our hybrid X-pipe design is a combination of H and X pipe which we have found to be very effective in the M5 exhaust system. Initial tests have shown a 2-3whp* gain over some other aftermarket H, resonator or X pipes. Our sec 2 is also very light weight coming in at just 8.4lbs. *results may vary depending on supporting modifications.

RPi's section 1 straight pipes replaces the heavy stock front pipe
for better flow. Our section 1 is a featherweight at just 4 lbs each.
Expect 5 - 8 whp over the stock front pipe.

Our GT exhaust system for the BMW E60 M5 offers aggressive race car sound and performance. Made of high quality T-304 stainless steel, our GT system shares the same design as our ST street system with the exception of no catalytic convertor. Expect a 10-17whp gain and a weight saving of over 50lbs from the stock system (stock:122lbs vs. RPi: 59lbs).

The M5/M6 header manifold kit offers performance, quality and
flexibility. With a specially designed expansion chamber, torque is increased
dramatically in the low and mid range while giving significant hp increase
throughout the entire power band. The RPi header set allows the user to switch
between the factory catalytic converter and the race pipe via a specially
designed v-band clamp. The $6995 price includes a $1200 core fee which is
refunded once the customer's original manifolds are returned to RPi in good
condition.
