Our GT series exhaust for the BMW E60 525i/530i is made from high quality
T-304 stainless steel and offers exceptional performance as well as sound.
The E60 525i/530i exhaust comes with dual wall tips connects to the factory piping
via v-band flanges and clamps.

Our GT axle back system for the 545i is unique and unlike any other exhaust
system for the 545i. With maximum velocity in mind, our GT system uses a
reduction method to maintain exhaust gas temperatures towards the rear of the
exhaust system.
This allows for significant HP and TQ gains throughout the entire power band
during the dyno tests.
Like all RPi exhaust systems, each comes with a limited lifetime warranty and
is 100% made in the United States.

In addition to an intoxicating and exotic sound, these downpipes add significant power and virtually eliminate turbo lag, making the fabled N54 engine even more responsive!
Our Hi-Flo™ 3" Catless Downpipes Feature:
* The only TRUE 3" catless downpipes currently on the market! 3" tubing until cat-back flange - all systems currently on the market reduce to 2.5" much closer to the turbocharger.
* 100% Hand Crafted in the USA - not China - from premium 304 stainless steel - flanges and O2 bungs included!
* Water-jet cut 304 Stainless cat-back flanges, and CNC'd 304 Stainless V-Band flanges.
* 100% TIG welded, argon back-purged.
* Set of our exclusive bomb-proof exhaust gaskets included.
* Grade 10.9 Metric Hardware(145,000PSI tensile strength, C32-C39 Rockwell, Zinc Plated), and Nord-Lock positive locking re-usable washers included.
* Factory location O2 bungs
* Available with a 2000° F ceramic coating. Coatings come with a 3 year warranty against corrosion and rust to original owner.
* Lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects given to original owner.
* We do NOT grind/polish our welds as some other manufacturers do. Grinding welds compromises the strength of the weld, and can lead to weld failure - especially critical in applications exposed to temperatures in excess of 1200°F. Such temperatures will also rapidly deteriorate the polished finish.

AR Design BMW 535i / xi 3" Hi-Flo Downpipes w/ Race Cats
|
The RPi GT system for the BMW 535i is a full primary cat-back
system. This exhaust is a true dual system with two separate exhaust
systems per turbo. This GT system eliminates the 535i's secondary
catalytic converters and offers an intoxicating sound about 4000rpm.
Dyno testing yielded a 10whp gain and over 20wtq over the stock
exhaust. The system is made of high quality T-304 stainless steel,
comes with RPi's standard Limited Lifetime Warranty and is 100% made in
