Under hard acceleration, your entire engine and transmission actually rotates due to compliance in the factory bushings. While the soft factory bushings do a good job of damping engine vibration, they can also create a rubbery, vague response in the vehicle's powertrain.

NEUSPEED torque arm insert works in concert with the OE rubber bushing. With the insert installed, your car's throttle response will feel better and your shifts will feel more crisp and defined on both manual and automatic transmission cars.

The new REV.2 version of the torque arm insert features a revised contour and dowels to better fit the cavity.

Audi and VW have changed the torque arm mount mid-production cycle. To ensure you receive the correct item, please make sure that your OE mount looks like the mount pictured. If it does not, use part number 22.10.68

Please note that urethane is not as compliant as rubber. As a result, you may notice a slight increase in ride harshess and engine vibration after installation.

Neuspeed Billet Rear Sway Bar End Links Neuspeed Power Pulley Kit 2.0T FSI
Neuspeed Rear Sway Bar Links provides direct transmission of suspension movements to the sway bar.

Everything starts with the material – after all, it is the foundation of the part. Neuspeed did not skimp here as these links are precision CNC machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, also included are stainless steel spacers, precision teflon lined spherical bearings and high grade bolts.

Your car's alternator and A/C are powered by a belt connected back to the crankshaft pulley. Spinning these pulleys draw precious horsepower from your engine. NEUSPEED's powertrain engineer, using sophisticated CAD software, performed a mass properties analysis of the crank pulley. The result is reduced parasitic drag on the engine and increased horsepower. This kit includes a new crankshaft pulley and shorter belt.

Like our other NEUSPEED Power Pulleys, the new crankshaft pulley is made from 6061 T6 aluminum and hard anodized for durability. Unlike color anodizing which is mostly cosmetic, hard anodizing builds up a hardened layer over the base material to prevent wear.

Full diameter all the way through and without any unnecessary bends, the Hi-Flo Air Charge Pipe is a must for any "chipped"or highly modified 2.0T engine. The Pipe delivers much better air flow for greater efficiency.

Along with NEUSPEED's Hi-Flo Turbo Discharge Conversion Kit, this part removes the last restriction on the discharge side of the turbo charger plumbing.

Simple bolt-on part with no modifications to the vehicle.

The NEUSPEED one piece billet short shifter easily installs onto the transmission's selector shaft. The Neuspeed short shift kit reduces the throw length between gears by approximately 40% - this is the absolute maximum reduction possible without overextending the cable mechanism.

The NEUSPEED short shift kit incorporates a calibrated counterweight which is required for more positive shift action.

This is a completely bolt-on application - no cable adjustment required.

NEUSPEED's Race Series Cold Air Extension Kit converts your NEUSPEED 2.0T FSI P-Flo kit (part # 65.02.65 or 65.10.97) to a true cold air intake.

Once installed, the original filter is relocated to just behind the front bumper for lower intake temperatures and maximum power.

Notes:

The Race series intake places the filter element in the front, driver's side inner fender compartment. While this position is somewhat shielded, we do not recommend driving with the intake in cold air configuration during wet weather. In case of wet weather conditions, you can use our supplied caps to cap the extension kit and relocate the filter to it original P-Flo location.

The plastic factory airbox is good at muffling intake noise and enhancing low rpm/low speed engine performance, but becomes very restrictive when the engine is operating in the higher rpm range – where most performance drivers need it.

The NEUSPEED P-Flo allows you to uncork the intake side of your engine, drawing in a nearly unlimited supply of fresh air.  Plus every P-Flo kit includes a high-performance, multi-layer cotton gauze air filter that is washable and reusable.  You also get a more agressive, deep throaty engine roar when you step on the gas pedal.

After months of development, NEUSPEED has developed an intake pipe size that matches the factory MAF exactly.  Because of this fuel trims are not affected and will not trigger any DTCs.  In addition, eliminating the OE plastic MAF housing showed an increase in airflow, as no pre-screen is required to reduce turbulence when air is routed through the long piping with its smooth mandrel bends.

Designed to compliment the NEUSPEED P-Flo Kit (part # 65.02.65 & 65.10.97), this engine cover is manufactured using carbon fiber to be lightweight and for great looks.  Specially machined billet aluminum stand-offs and a stainless strap simply attach to the factory pick-up points for an easy installation.

Neuspeed Triangulated Upper Rear Tie Bar Mk5/Mk6 GTI, Rabbit, R32 Neuspeed Sport Springs and Koni FSD Shock Absorbers Package Mk5 GTI
NEUSPEED's Triangulated Upper Rear Tie-Bar is CNC machined entirely out of 6061 T6 aluminum for strength and rigidity, the tie bar spans the rear shock towers and triangulates to the rear to stiffen the rear tub. Installation results in more neutral handling characteristics and reduces unwanted alignment change during spirited driving.

For times that more cargo space is needed, a supplied spacer allows removal of the diagonal bar.

Installation requires minor drilling.

Gloss black powder coated.

Fits: VW MK V and VI GTI 2006-10, R32 2008, Rabbit 2007-09 and Golf VI 2010.
