developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off adapter specifically designed

owners of VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine that
have the electronically controlled bypass valves, situated at the front
of the engine (as shown in the photo below), we can now offer an
alternative. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap
(chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the
lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced.
Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all,
this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding
capacity also leaves some room for improvement. Our alternative is a
fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved
reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and
installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum
operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU
control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed

Bulletproof PCV Stage 2 fixes all the major problems associated with
the prone to failure PCV system and adds a true catch can to capture
all oil vapors that would otherwise make their way back into the
engine. This package is the ideal performance solution for those who
want the most out of their tuned 2.0T! This kit comes complete with every hose, bracket, nut, and bolt needed to install! Function:
Increase your engines performance and longevity with a BSH catch can
system. Our catch can catches oil vapors and still fully meets emission
requirements. Internally the catch can has chamber that forces oil to
separate from the air as it passes through. This oil then falls into
the gut of the can and can be drained at your next oil change.
For the best performance possible you do not want this oil making its
way back into your engine! Short term oil vapors being ingested result
in a greater chance for pre ignition, over time however this oil will
cake the intake valves shortening the life of the engine. Outside of
oil, the can will also catch water and fuel. Take a look at the

This kit comprises of three silicone hoses complete with CNC alloy couplers and the highest quality stainless clamps. These hoses will withstand greater temperatures and pressures compared with the OEM hoses and they look fantastic. The hoses replace the two intercooler hoses and also the throttle body hose.
This product is normally fitted in combination with FMKC010
Please note: If you have installed a forge Twintercooler, two of these hoses will be redundant.
Please be aware that these hoses were patterned from right hand drive vehicles. Whilst we believe these to be correct for left hand drive vehicles we suggest that you visually check their suitability, as replacement items, with those fitted to your own vehicle, before attempting installation.

the BSH Bulletproof DV Kit allows you to quit worrying about your prone
to failure factory rubber diaphragm valve and sets you up for the
performance driver you desire! By relocating the valve to the front of
the motor closest to the throttle body, the BSH Bulletproof DV kit is
able to get air in and out of the motor as quickly and efficiently as
possible. No longer is air forced to stop at the throttle body and turn
around only to go all the way back to the turbo before being vented, no
more is air forced to travel the entire length of the intercooler
plumbing before entering the motor while in vacuum, with the
Bulletproof DV kit, you get performance now!
By minimizing the length of vacuum line between the pressure/vacuum
source and the DV the Bulletproof DV kit responds faster then any valve
on the market. This is great for your turbo's health as the larger
volume of air your modified car is flowing can be vented without the
chance of stalling your hard working turbocharger.

Bulletproof Speed Hardware is proud to bring you its all new
recirculating PCV system for the 09+ TSi Platform. The BSH
recirculating catch can system introduces a multiple -10 line system
plumbed into the existing PCV system allowing for efficient oil
separation before it is rerouted back into the motor. The recirculating
PCV system connects together using in house manufactured billet
adapters that simply clip into the existing connections found on the
2.0T engine. To ensure proper fit within the factory engine bay, BSH
has designed a proprietary laser cut bracket for mounting and a new
three port TSi specific catch can designed to fit perfectly with the
stock design and flow. Installation and removal for draining is
simplified by utilizing a drain cock system allowing the can to be
drained from in the car, and a T-Bolt bracket allowing the can to come
off and on by simply loosening one nut. This part is a direct addition
to the factory PCV system and installs without any modifications to the
vehicle.

The purpose of a catch can system is to collect/vent the blowby vapors inherent as part of the combustion process. The factory setup sucks these oily vapors directly back into the engine exposing them to everything in their path.
In the short term getting these vapors out of the combustion path reduces knock retard by not allowing oil vapor to mix with the air fuel mixture. In addition the more free flowing lines allow the engine to rev easily giving a more responsive feel to the engine as a whole.
Over the long haul these un tended to vapors will build up over the intake valves leading to a host of running issues and an expensive repair bill to fix. With a catch can installed you will save yourself from dealing with this hassle.

BSH is pleased to announce the addition of the Vent to Atmosphere Race PCV System to its line up of PCV products for your 2.0T FSI. Manufactured in house at our Arizona based facility, the Race PCV System fixes all the major problems associated with the prone to failure PCV system and adds a true catch can to capture all oil vapors that would otherwise make their way back into the engine.
Designed into the system is an additional source of crank case ventilation to ensure the best possible performance on higher horsepower cars. The adapters in this kit do not exist anywhere else in the world and are exclusive to BSH and its line of performance products. In order to ensure proper fitment in the engine bay BSH designed a custom air filter to allow proper clearance of the hood shock while providing complete ventilation. This package is designed to work for all stock turbo or big turbo 2.0T FSI's.
This kit comes complete with every hose, bracket, nut, and bolt needed to install!

Removal of these vapors is especially important on direct injection engines. Port injection engines have detergent enhanced fuel passing over the intake ports constantly cleaning off the intake valves. Direct Injection does not allow for this as the injectors spray right into the combustion chamber. Over time these oils harden and cake to the intake valves causing drastically reduced head flow, cold start misfires, greatly increased knock retard and of course a nice expensive bill to clean it all out.
In the short term getting these vapors out of the combustion path reduces knock retard by not allowing oil vapor to mix with the air fuel mixture. In addition the more free flowing lines allow the engine to rev easily giving a more responsive feel to the engine as a whole.

The OE discharge pipe starts off at only 38mm inside diameter and then eventually increases to 57mm inside diamter. Consequently, all restrictions are removed with the kit's full diameter flow. All these benefits are attained with no modifications to the vehicle - this is a simple bolt-on part.
With this kit installed, you can expect better response with less turbo lag and more horsepower.

BSH is proud to bring you its all new Vent to Atmosphere Race PCV
System for th 09+ TSi Platform. The BSH Race PCV System introduces a
multiple -10 line system plumbed into the block and into the head to
allow for complete ventilation from its respective source. The Race PCV
System connects together using high end AN fittings and in house
manufactured billet adapters that simply clip into the existing
connections found on the 2.0T engine. To ensure proper fitment within
the factory engine bay BSH has designed a proprietary laser cut
bracket for mounting and a proprietary breather filter to clear the
factory hood shock. Installation and removal for draining is simplified
by utilizing a T Bolt mounting system allowing the can to come off and
on by simply loosening one nut. This part is a direct addition to the
factory PCV system and installs without any modifications to the
vehicle.

The NEUSPEED Hi-Flow Turbo Discharge Conversion - K04 kit includes all the parts needed to remove serious restriction from the discharge side of the turbocharger. First, a newly machined billet aluminum discharge adapter reduces restriction with its smooth bore. Unlike its OE counterpart, the new adapter reduces turbulence and reversion. Attention to detail is NEUSPEED's forte, so take notice of the machined lip on the mounting flange that ensures leak free performance. Secondly, a new silicone hose is included to mate to our new discharge adapter. The next and most important item in the kit, our newly manufactured 57mm inside diameter discharge pipe with a rolled lip on one end to make securing the silicone hose easy and trouble free and on the other end a billet aluminum fitting that connects to the factory intercooler hose. Consequently, all restrictions are removed with the kit's full diameter flow. All these benefits are attained with no modifications to the vehicle - this is a simple bolt-on part.
With this kit installed, you can expect better response with less turbo lag and more horsepower.

Fits: 2009-10 Audi TTS and 2006-08.5 2.0T FSI transverse engines (BPY) with K04 conversion.
NOTE: This part only fits a specific VIN range in 2007 for GTI MKV and Jetta V:

This oil catch tank system removes aerated oil so that it can be drained and recycled. Our kit is unquestionably the most comprehensive out of all of the currently available catch tank options. With no intentions of rushing to market with an incomplete offering, we spent significant amounts of time on every last detail of the kit, incorporating everything necessary to completely bypass the stock PCV system while actually providing increased operative function over the OEM design. The kit is recirculating in design so as to maintain emissions compliance, however, it will capture all of the blow-by gasses and vapors that would otherwise lead to deposits on the intake valves, thereby keeping the system clean and the engine performing optimally long-term. Our kit is the first of its kind for the 2.0 TSI applications to include a component to completely bypass the redundant and failure prone OEM PCV assembly. The stock PCV assembly includes a system of check valves that can effectively cause a boost leak of pressure back into the crankcase when they fail. This assembly also deposits the water, fuel, and oil vapors back into the intake manifold leading directly to valve deposits that can inhibit airflow and power over time. Our plate completely replaces this OEM assembly, bypassing the intake manifold entirely which will minimize intake valve deposits as well as eliminate the potential for a boost leak the wrong way through the system. The plate still incorporates the necessary provisions for equalizing the crankcase pressure from the lower portion of the block with the valve cover, and it also features a strategically placed swiveling outlet fitting positioned at the ideal location for the venting of PCV gases to the tank. Another unique feature included with the kit is a double-o-ring sealed clip-on intake manifold cap with three available ports to source a vacuum/boost reference for various engine accessories, such as a boost gauge, bypass valve, or a water/methanol injection trigger. Any unused ports can be plugged with the included grub screws. This kit does require the removal of the noise pipe, if your vehicle is so equipped, and we will offer an optional hose and plug to accomplish this. If your car does not have a noise pipe, you do not need to worry about this. Or you may have already removed the pipe from your vehicle with parts purchased at your local hardware store, or perhaps you have used the OEM Tiguan upper intercooler pipe which bypasses this altogether.

the horsepower figures themselves are impressive enough, this will
undoubtedly vary from car to car under various circumstances, but such
a large reduction in inlet temps. is difficult to achieve. Once again

After months of testing the all new Garrett-based BSH Front
Mount Intercooler is available for sale. This intercooler fits both the
FSI and TSI engines. This kit separates
itself from all competition by using an industry leading
Garrett/Honeywell intercooler core. Utilizing the efficiency of this
top shelf core allowed BSH to minimze the size of the core to keep
response high and pressure drop low. To
promote airflow through the intercooler BSH has designed ABS guidance
plates that direct air through the intercooler as opposed to around it.
Lightweight aluminum plumbing and brackety keep the weight of the kit
down while at the same time allowing for a simple bolt on installation.
Testing:
In BSH's road testing this intercooler combination dropped inlet air
temperature by 7 degrees on a bone stock 2.0t and 16 degrees on a Stage
2 + car. Data logs are available for viewing by clicking more images at
the top of this page. This same intercooler is used on their built motor GT3076R shop car which has already broken the 430 whp mark. NEUSPEED's Front Mount Intercooler kit for the VW MkV 2.0T requires absolutely no drilling, cutting or trimming of the metal bumper structure or bumper cover making it the only true bolt-on kit available. The kit includes CNC mandrel bent aluminum piping finished in a wrinkle powder coat finish, constant tension hose clamps, silicone hose couplers and all necessary mounting hardware. The intercooler core is a highly efficient bar and plate design that utilizes flow tested cast aluminum end tanks.
Do not be fooled by kits that claim to have larger cores. They usually require extensive reworking or cutting of the bumper structure and because of the limitations of the OE front bumper opening, parts of those "bigger" cores will have no air flow through them which results in a highly inefficient design. Look at the second picture on the right, you will notice that cores that extend height wise above or below our core will have no airflow because airflow will either be blocked above by the metal structure or blocked below by the opening in the bumper cover.

The VW Golf MKV is one of the world’s most fun and exciting sport
compact cars to own, drive and modify. Simple additions such as an

our clients want more! In collaboration with AFI Turbo, BSH has
developed the BSH Work of Art & Work Of Art “Kill Em All” Turbo
Kits for transverse 2.0t models.
BSH products are designed and
manufactured in house and 100% made in the USA. Head flanges are CNC
machined from billet steel to ensure quality of seal and welding.
Manifolds are made from 304 stainless steel schedule 40 tubing, TIG
welded and back purged to a quality long lasting product. Application
specific low angle true merge collectors have been designed and
manufactured for proper exhaust flow and optimal power gains.
By
utilizing the Tial Sport V-Band Cast Stainless Steel Turbine Housings,
the BSH (WOA, & WOAKEA) turbo kits allow for simple installation of
numerous turbochargers from the Garrett GT28/60RS up to the GR35/82R.
The net result is a 2.0T engine with horsepower ranging from 300 WHP to
700 WHP depending on tuning and fueling options. By using compact fit

your turbocharger below. The GT3071 will spool 2-300 rpm quicker than
the GT3076 but the 3076 has a 60-70hp greater potential. Expect 350
