We’re proud to announce another industry first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market from Forge Motorsport! For
owners of VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine that
have the electronically controlled bypass valves, situated at the front
of the engine (as shown in the photo below), we can now offer an
alternative. If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap
(chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the
lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced.
Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all,
this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding
capacity also leaves some room for improvement. Our alternative is a
fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved
reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and
installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum
operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU
control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed
and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve
response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO
fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any
kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are
included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as

anticipated V-flow Air Induction systems for the MK5 VW. Engineered
utilizing state of the art CAD CAM 3D modeling, CNC machining, computer
controlled Superflow air flow testing, rotational molding, injection
molding and countless man hours, these systems represent the apex of
air induction technologies. Additionally, our systems also incorporate
a custom cotton air filter and a 6” injection molded Venturi that acts
as a vacuum for cold-air. All these components work together to create

Bulletproof Speed Hardware is proud to bring you its all new
recirculating PCV system for the 09+ TSi Platform. The BSH
recirculating catch can system introduces a multiple -10 line system
plumbed into the existing PCV system allowing for efficient oil
separation before it is rerouted back into the motor. The recirculating
PCV system connects together using in house manufactured billet
adapters that simply clip into the existing connections found on the
2.0T engine. To ensure proper fit within the factory engine bay, BSH
has designed a proprietary laser cut bracket for mounting and a new
three port TSi specific catch can designed to fit perfectly with the
stock design and flow. Installation and removal for draining is
simplified by utilizing a drain cock system allowing the can to be
drained from in the car, and a T-Bolt bracket allowing the can to come
off and on by simply loosening one nut. This part is a direct addition
to the factory PCV system and installs without any modifications to the
vehicle.

BSH 2.0T TSI Race Air Intake System
|
The KONI twin tube hydraulic front struts feature owner adjustable
rebound damping which allows you to fine tune your shock's performance
to match your desired suspension setup.
For the rears, the low pressure gas rear shock absorber feature
owner adjustable rebound damping. This allows you to also fine tune the
shock's performance to match your other suspension components, or to
driving conditions.
Due to the unique mounting of the factory rear shock, adjusting
the rebound of the KONI shocks is performed by disconnecting the lower
shock mount, fully compressing the piston rod into the shock body, and
rotating the shock body.
This is for a full set of struts and shocks, both front and rear.

The KONI FSD (Frequency Selective Damping) shock combines
excellent road holding and handing characteristics with no-compromise
comfort levels. It's a two-in-one solution from KONI that doesn't
require the installation of sophisticated electronics, cables or
sensors. Firmness for sporty driving on even road surfaces. Smoothness
for a comfortable ride on uneven road surfaces.
It's
possible via KONI's patented Frequency Selective Damping technology -
technology that actively controls the damping level on the basis of the
vehicle's body and suspension movement frequency. FSD shocks are a
smart suspension system that adjusts automatically and in a fraction of
a second to road conditions and driving style.
How It Works (Refer to second image above):
In
standard shock absorbers the main damping characteristic is defined by
the oil flow going through the piston assembly (1). Combining it with
the FSD feature (2), KONI added a special valve that controls an oil
flow parallel to the one going through the piston rod (3). This
parallel oil flow is closed by the FSD feature, giving a rise in
damping force almost linear to the time that the piston is moving in
one direction.
Put simply: the FSD feature is a
hydraulic amplifier that delays the build up of pressure. In some ways
an extra tuning option has been created in order to get the best
possible combination of handling and comfort. Since it is an integrated
part of the hydraulic valve system inside the damper, no additional
cables, sensors or any other electronic devices are needed to operate
an FSD damper.

This intercooler is based on our proven design which adds greater efficiency throughout the entire RPM band beyond that of a single intercooler setup, We have achieved this by using the latest core technology with high flow end tank designs to achieve a huge reduction in inlet temperatures. This is a bolt-on kit that retains the use of the OEM intercooler to produce both horsepower AND torque, but more importantly, a HUGE reduction in inlet temperatures and increased flow efficiency. A reduction in temps of up to a peak of 19 degrees Fahrenheit at 6500 RPM! This kit includes all the necesary silicone hoses, clamps and mounting brackets that are required.
